Job Description: RPA/Automation Analyst (Contract)
Role Overview
We are seeking a contract Sr. RPA/Automation Analyst to support an evaluation of current automation tooling and its viability against Microsoft's Power Automate/Power Platform ecosystem. This role will assess existing UI Path implementations, identify functional gaps and overlaps, and provide a clear analysis to support a platform migration decision.
Contract Length: Through end of March
Start: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current UI Path automation functionality, workflows, and use cases
  • Evaluate feasibility and gaps in migrating existing automations to Power Automate/Power Platform
  • Compare tooling approaches, given the notably different architecture between UI Path and Power Platform
  • Document findings and provide recommendations to support a build vs. migrate decision
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and timeline

Required Skills - Senior
  • Strong hands-on experience with UI Path (development, deployment, and administration)
  • Experience with Power Automate/Power Platform, or strong ability to quickly assess a new automation platform
  • Snowflake data warehouse experience
  • Fabric or Data Lake experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lead technical analysis and present findings/recommendations independently
