We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with strong Microsoft Power BI experience to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Translate business requirements into effective visualizations
  • Develop DAX measures, calculations, and data models
  • Connect Power BI with SQL, cloud, and enterprise data sources
  • Perform data transformation using Power Query (M)
  • Troubleshoot data and dashboard performance issues
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and support existing BI solutions

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of BI, analytics, or reporting experience
  • Strong Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Power Query
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Platform, dimensional modeling, Agile, or Power BI certification.
