Job description

We are seeking a friendly and organized part-time showroom receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • nswer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

  • aintain an organized and tidy reception area and customer lounge
    -Assist customers with their needs and get them where they need to go

  • ollaborate with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • erform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing

    Qualifications:

  • igh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
