Job description

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers across physical and cloud-based environments
  • Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
  • Resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Implement system updates, security patches, and firmware upgrades
  • Manage and optimize enterprise resources within AWS and/or Azure, including virtual machines, cloud storage, and identity services
  • Design, establish, and monitor backup solutions and disaster recovery protocols
  • Monitor system health and optimize performance metrics
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and RBAC
  • Maintain configurations and documentation necessary to meet CMMC requirements
  • Provision and manage Microsoft Intune for BYOD and corporate-owned devices
  • Oversee security policies and automated app deployments
  • Author and maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Travel up to 25% as required
