- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers across physical and cloud-based environments
- Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
- Resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Implement system updates, security patches, and firmware upgrades
- Manage and optimize enterprise resources within AWS and/or Azure, including virtual machines, cloud storage, and identity services
- Design, establish, and monitor backup solutions and disaster recovery protocols
- Monitor system health and optimize performance metrics
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and RBAC
- Maintain configurations and documentation necessary to meet CMMC requirements
