Job description

Premier Ambulance is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand our partnerships with hospitals, urgent care centers, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Orange County.

 Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Business Development & promotion of our ambulance service to health care facilities.
  • Monitoring call volume generated from activities
  • Custom service & advocacy for our client
  • Follow-up & constant marketing via digital media programs
  • Support of local operation business activities (recruiting, promotion events, community events, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and community organizations
  • Collaborate with leadership team on volume trends, staffing models and business initiatives 
  • Promote and enhance the organization’s brand in the community 

 Skills & knowledge requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales/Business Development experience required, minimum of 1-2 years 
  • Ambulance, Post -Acute or healthcare experience preferred  
  • Strong, vibrant communicator
  • Self-starter & organizer
  • Good understanding & abilities in Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Strong knowledge of using social media platforms as a business tool
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Health care or ambulance industry experienced required
