Reports To:Director of Clubhouse Operations
Status:Full-Time | Exempt

Join Our Team

Old Edwards Reserve at Lake Keowee is seeking an energetic, hospitality-focused Market Manager to lead our Market operations. This leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating memorable member experiences, and driving operational excellence in a luxury private club setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operations of the Market, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
  • Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Create staff schedules, approve timecards, and manage labor efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding member experiences and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards are met.
  • Support club events, special functions, and seasonal programming.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Market environment.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on hospitality and continuous improvement.
Compenticies:
  • 3-5 years of hospitality, restaurant, resort, or private club management experience.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Paycom, and POS systems.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
