Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovativeAgentic AI Engineerto join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions within theMicrosoft ecosystem.This position is well-suited for candidates with a background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning who excel at developing production-grade AI applications utilizing Microsoft platforms such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, and have at least one year of relevant experience.

Strong software development background with proficiency in Python.

  • Experience withAPI developmentusing FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

  • Knowledge ofDocker and containerizeddeployments.

  • Hands-on experience withLLM modelssuch as OpenAI GPTs, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral.

  • Expertise in applyingprompt engineeringtechniques to improve model performance and reliability.

  • Experience in implementing robustevaluation frameworks and Responsible AI(RAI) practices.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft GenAI/Agentic AI ecosystem such asM365, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

  • Strong understanding ofsoftware engineeringprinciples and best practices.

  • Ability to work inagile environmentsand collaborate withcross-functional teams.

  • You are good at prototyping and experimenting with emerging technologies to assess feasibility and impact.

  • You have knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures and their integration into enterprise systems.

  • You have experience with GenAI development frameworks or orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, or PromptFlow.

  • You are familiar with core agent communication protocols, including MCP or A2A.

  • You are a person who loves to stay current with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks.

  • You are Microsoft Certified in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI Fundamentals.
