Job description

We are seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to join our Dallas office. This is a full-time, in-office position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Relativity experience and will support the firm's litigation teams throughout the entire eDiscovery lifecycle. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, case teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support Relativity workspaces throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle, including processing, searching, analytics, review workflows, productions, exports, and user management.
  • Utilize data analytics, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), and AI-enabled workflows to improve review efficiency, identify key evidence, reduce risk, and support defensible discovery processes.
  • Coordinate data preservation, collection, and transfer activities by partnering with attorneys, custodians, IT personnel, clients, and third-party vendors to identify, preserve, and collect data from Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, and other relevant data sources.
  • Proactively communicate project status and updates to case teams while tracking deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones across multiple matters.
  • Assist litigation teams with exhibit preparation, demonstratives, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial presentations, including the use of platforms such as OnCue and Everchron.
  • Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for attorneys, case managers, and legal assistants on eDiscovery technology and workflow.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the firm's eDiscovery capabilities, develop new workflows, evaluate emerging technologies, and promote best practices across the litigation support function.
  • Work overtime as required to meet litigation deadlines and case demands.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience administering Relativity workspaces, including data processing, review workflows, analytics, productions, exports, user management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools, TAR, conceptual analytics, email threading, near-duplicate analysis, and AI-assisted review technologies within Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
  • Experience supporting data preservation and collection efforts, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams data sources.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, scripting, and other automation technologies used to streamline eDiscovery workflows and processes is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and technical teams on site and remotely.
