Candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end upgrade initiatives, including infrastructure, database, and application layers, along with custom code remediation and validation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics GP from legacy to latest version
Perform environment assessment, upgrade path planning, and risk analysis
Upgrade:
Windows Server (2008 → 2022)
SQL Server (2008 R2 → 2022)
Dynamics GP (2013 → v18.8)
Analyze, remediate, and validate custom code, integrations, and third-party add-ons
Ensure data integrity, migration, and reconciliation during upgrade
