Job description

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant 
Location: Detroit Metropolitan Area, MI (Local preferred)
Duration: 12 Months (with potential for extension)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant for a 12-month project in the Detroit Metro area. You will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions to streamline our business operations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Architecture: Design and deploy scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops to analyze business needs and map them to D365 features.
  • Customization & Configuration: Configure forms, workflows, business rules, and custom entities.
  • Data Migration: Oversee the secure extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of legacy data into D365.
  • Integration Management: Connect D365 with third-party systems, Azure services, and Power Platform tools.
  • User Training: Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users.
    Troubleshooting: Provide post-go-live support and resolve critical system bugs.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of active Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP implementation experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerBI, Power Automate, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Consulting Skillset: Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver projects on schedule.
