We are one of the very few Engineering Firms in the Country that designs and builds its own creations in the wireless sector. We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Dish Network, and AT&T.
We're seeking an experienced Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) to support and evolve our enterprise system environment. This role will manage the configuration, performance, and support of Dynamics 365 (F&O) while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive system alignment with business operations. (This position will sit onsite in Carol Stream, IL)

What You'll Do
System Administration & Optimization
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Dynamics 365 (F&O), managing configurations, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
  • Support daily operations by monitoring system performance, resolving user issues, and managing system uptime.
  • Document configurations, update logs, troubleshooting guides, and workflow diagrams to support consistency and transparency.
  • Execute and validate system upgrades, updates, and patches with minimal business disruption.

Integration & Data Management
  • Support integration between Dynamics 365, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Site Tracker, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, clean, and load data into the ERP using Excel, SQL, and other data tools.
  • Leverage SOQL, Power Automate, and API connectors to improve data reliability and performance.

End-User Support & Enablement
  • Provide hands-on user support, including issue resolution, guidance on functionality, and training across departments.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and provide ongoing ERP education to ensure adoption and best practices.
  • Manage user access, role permissions, and support requests with a strong focus on data security and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work alongside Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to support evolving process needs through system changes and enhancements.
  • Assist with system testing, validation, and change management during new feature rollouts and process updates.
  • Offer recommendations for system improvements based on user feedback and business needs.

Requirements
  • 3+ years administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O & CE required) in a technical or functional capacity.
  • Experience migrating QuickBooks to Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
  • Experience implementing the following Dynamics 365 modules: (1) Accounting, (2) Project Management, (3) Timekeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP workflows, configuration, and security controls.
  • Proficiency with data migration and cleansing, especially during ERP transitions or implementations.
  • High proficiency with SQL, Power Automate, Salesforce and SOQL.
  • Experience working within integrated environments involving tools like QuickBooks and Site Tracker is preferred.
  • Skilled at crating project plans for UAT testing for accounting modules.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and technical levels.
