Your work will directly support modernization initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs by enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and enterprise service delivery.

What You'll DoMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Development
  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements.
Enterprise Integration
  • Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
Solution Delivery
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required QualificationsEducation

Experience
