We work hard, but we also like to have fun, and believe that we provide a great place to come to work each day to pursue your passions.
THE CHALLENGE
As a Lead DevOps Engineer you'll help lead efforts to design, automate, and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure. Collaborating with development, operations, and security teams, we drive CI/CD efficiency, system reliability, and automation. Beyond technical expertise, you'll mentor engineers, shape strategy, and influence decisions to enhance Take-Two's engineering culture.
WHAT YOU'LL TAKE ON
  • Platform Architecture: Design and maintain the cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines powering our custom applications and infrastructure services.
  • Technical Leadership: Author and propose Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and RFCs to build consensus on architectural decisions and system integrations.
  • Enterprise Standards: Establish "Golden Paths" for workspace and AI administration, app governance, and data security within a sophisticated, multi-studio environment.
  • Developer Experience: Create reusable libraries, modular workflows, and SDKs that empower internal teams to build on the platforms safely and efficiently.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Engineering Lead: a track record of leading complex, enterprise-level platform initiatives with multi-disciplined teams.
  • The Stack: Mastery of Python or Node.js and App frameworks. Deep experience with APIs and leveraging them to differentiate solutions that work for Take-Two.
  • Architectural Rigor: Ability to design for multi-tenancy, ensuring isolation between studio environments while maintaining global standards.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with serverless computing, API Gateways, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
  • Communication: A high bar for documentation and the ability to advocate for technical best practices to both engineers and executives.
Great to Have:
  • Experience leading development for collaboration tools at a scale of 10,000+ users.
  • Contributions to open-source libraries or community tools.
  • A passion for the gaming industry and the unique workflow needs of creative studios.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
  • Great Company Culture. Ranked as one of the most creative and innovative places to work, creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity and philanthropy are among the core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our continued success.
  • Growth: As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, inquisitive, collaborative and to grow within and around the company.
  • Work Hard, Play Hard. Our employees bond, blow-off steam, and flex some creative muscles - through corporate boot camp classes, company parties, game release events, monthly socials, and team challenges.
  • Benefits. Medical (HSA & FSA), dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, commuter benefits, in-house wellness program, broad learning & development opportunities, a charitable giving platform with company match and more!
  • Perks. Fitness allowance, employee discount programs, free games & events and stocked pantries.
