As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key member of our Customer Service Team, responsible for the following activities:


o Provide timely and courteous customer interactions in an automatic call distribution (queue) environment.
o Offer billing and customer service support to both internal and external customers, addressing status updates on change requests, refunds, cancellations, payment applications, and more.
o Update customer information in the contract system as needed per customer requests and company guidelines.
o Process cancellation requests and manage urn returns with the manufacturer.
o Track the delivery of merchandise returns.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics and qualifications:
Detail-Oriented: Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and high accuracy in all tasks.
Positive, Service-Oriented Attitude: Ability to contribute to a team environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
