ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND FULLY ADJUDICATED US DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY (TS/SCI) REQUIRED DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES: All Points is seeking a Senior Cleared Web Application Developer (TS/SCI) to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Chantilly, VA. This role supports enterprise IT systems, applications, and mission-critical initiatives across a multi-enclave environment. The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise web applications used across law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities. These systems are critical to mission execution and require high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions. As a Senior Web Application Developer, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality web-based applications supporting the forensic and investigative mission space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with modern development standards and user requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise web-based applications using industry best practices * Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, functional, and maintainable code * Perform ongoing maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and reliability * Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and environments * Configure and manage web application platforms and development tools * Develop dashboards, reports, and enterprise search capabilities * Recommend and implement software enhancements and system improvements * Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards * Apply security best practices to protect web applications from vulnerabilities * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability * Participate in Agile ceremonies including Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) events * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers SAFe 6.0 AGILE ENVIRONMENT: This role operates within a SAFe Agile framework supporting multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). * One ART focuses on enterprise search and data discoverability * One ART supports Global Mission Analytics (GMA) for data analysis, visualization, and mission insight Candidates must be comfortable working in a scaled Agile environment with cross-team collaboration and continuous delivery. EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 11-14+ years of professional software development experience SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: Required Technical Skills: * Experience working within a SAFe Agile framework * Strong experience developing complex web applications in enterprise or government environments * Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React * Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 * Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs * Experience with backend development using .NET (C#), Python, or Node.js * Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) * Experience implementing Section 508 accessibility requirements * Strong understanding of web application security principles * Experience optimizing performance and scalability of web applications Additional Technical Experience: * GraphQL * Elasticsearch * RabbitMQ, Redis, or other message broker technologies * Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) * CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices * Cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S) * Experience working in classified or multi-enclave environments SECURITY CLEARANCE: * U.S. Citizenship required * Active, current, and fully adjudicated DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required Positions with All Points are full-time, direct hire positions and include a comprehensive benefits package.
