Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions. This individual will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for leading medium to large Microsoft 365 engagements while helping customers modernize, secure, and optimize their collaboration and productivity platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 workloads with a primary focus on Exchange Online and Messaging solutions while maintaining strong competency with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities. The candidate must be an excellent communicator, able to simplify complex technical concepts and provide consultative guidance to customers. They will serve as a trusted advisor while mentoring less experienced engineers and contributing to the growth of DGR Systems' Modern Workplace practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Serve as the technical lead for medium to large customer engagements.
  • Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, and deployment methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles from discovery through project completion.

  • Deep experience with Exchange Online administration, architecture, and migrations.
  • Experience with Exchange Hybrid environments and messaging coexistence strategies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and email security solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, retention, compliance, governance, and information protection capabilities.
  • Experience administering SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business environments.
  • Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft security best practices.
  • Experience performing Microsoft 365 assessments, health checks, and remediation projects.
  • Experience with PowerShell automation and Microsoft administration tooling.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and service capabilities.
