Job description

Role: Software AI native engineer
Location: O'Fallon, MO (Onsite)
Preferred Qualification:
Experience building AI-native engineering organizations.
Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) architectures and agent ecosystems.
Experience with AI Foundry, Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.
Experience implementing enterprise developer platforms and internal engineering products.
Strong understanding of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of Software Engineering, Cloud Native Architecture, API Management, Microservices, DevOps & Platform Engineering.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code CLI, AI-assisted development platforms, LLM integrations, Agentic systems, AI orchestration frameworks.
Strong knowledge of AWS enterprise cloud platform.
Key Expectations
