  • Drive commercial sales of our comprehensive EM portfolio, including Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM), Focused Ion Beam SEM (FIB- SEM), and related solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve team revenue targets and expand market share in the semiconductor sector
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their advanced imaging and analysis needs in chip manufacturing and materials characterization
  • Conduct technical consultations and product demonstrations that showcase how our EM solutions enable breakthrough innovations in semiconductor technology
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels, from research scientists to C- suite executives
  • Work collaboratively with cross- functional teams including applications specialists, service engineers, and product managers to deliver tailored EM solutions
  • Address complex customer challenges by leveraging deep understanding of EM applications in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Position Thermo Fisher as the trusted partner of choice for cutting- edge electron microscopy technology
  • Apply commercial acumen and technical expertise to drive both customer success and business growth
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in life sciences or scientific products; 8+ years of experience preferred
  • Preferred Fields of Study: science, business, or related field
  • Technical and scientific knowledge to engage in sophisticated customer discussions
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing market share
  • Relationship building and negotiation skills at all organizational levels
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Analytical capabilities and business acumen
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and influence through partnership
  • Strategic planning and execution skills to develop and implement account growth plans
  • Travel required to visit customer sites and attend industry events
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Experience with scientific workflows and laboratory operations preferred
