As a Field Service Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to delivering excellent service for sophisticated Electron Microscopy analytical and scientific instruments. Working with customers across research, industrial, and healthcare settings, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment while providing exceptional customer service. A Day in the Life:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced Electron Microscopy instrumentation at customer sites. Provide technical support and customer training, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose complex hardware and software issues, document service activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and instrument performance.

Keys to Success:
Education

Advanced Degree with no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex analytical instruments.

Preferred fields of study include Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.

Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
