Job Description

We are seeking a Tissue Specialist I (Structural Heart Device Assembler) to join manufacturing team in Plymouth, MN. This role involves assembling structural heart devices in a cleanroom environment, performing highly detailed work under a microscope using precision sewing techniques and small hand tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble structural heart devices according to approved manufacturing procedures.
  • Perform precision sewing using suture and needle under a microscope.
  • Use microscopes, calibrated instruments, measuring equipment, and small hand tools.
  • Inspect and verify materials meet quality and design specifications.
  • Support product testing, verification, and validation activities.
  • Follow GMP, quality, and regulatory procedures in a cleanroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve production and quality goals.


Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
