Job Description Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated production associate to join our lamination team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling probes for our ultrasound business. They will join a dynamic team that is instrumental in producing our ultrasound probes at our Phoenix site that benefit patients globally.
Responsibilities may include manufacturing, and assembly of products.
This role supports the Lamination team, which pays $1.50 extra an hour.

Job Description
Role Responsibilities
  • Follows work procedures and schematics including complex instructions regarding duties to be performed.
  • Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
  • Maintains daily production output.
  • Identify and report defects.
  • Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Participates in quality control inspections when required.
  • Assist with the implementation of process improvements to increase quality/productivity and to reduce cycle time.
  • Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
  • Comply with EHS regulations and policies Required Qualifications:
  • Is compliant to gowning procedures in a controlled environment.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and quality-minded work habits.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Direct day to day work in assigned area.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at multiple workstations, to multitask, to be flexible in shifting task, and to be cross trained to do so.

  • Minimum 6 months of related manufacturing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle small and delicate parts.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods standing and walking.
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
  • Must be able to visually inspect machines.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. (If over 35 lbs. requires assistance).
