Job description

Adecco is hiring for Assemblers in Devens, MA! These are temp to perm opportunities on 1st shift.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm

Pay rate: $21-24 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Products: Follow written instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble tiny plastic or metal parts.

  • Quality Control: Check and test items for flaws to meet high safety standards.

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Follow strict cleanroom rules, wear protective gear (PPE), and keep a sterile workspace.

  • Record Data: Write down production numbers, lot history, and training files using paper logs or computers.

  • Use Tools: Operate small hand tools, microscopes, or automated machinery.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and basic math/reading skills.

  • Experience: Prior cleanroom or microscope-based manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Physical Demand: Ability to stand or sit for long shifts and focus on small details.


Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
