Job description

Molding Machine Operator 47898
8am-4pm weekdays


Responsibilities

  • Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products
  • Assist in the manufacturing and molding of production parts
  • Run and maintain automation equipment
  • Cross train to assemble a variety of parts while maintaining quality standards
  • Secondary operations on various components by hand (ex. Trimming, Cleaning)
  • Verify product quality and conformance by utilizing visual inspection methods
  • Properly start up, operate, and shut down the Molding Machines


Requirements:

  • Fine manipulation required to manually assemble relatively small components
  • Repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to work under a microscope for up to 2 consecutive hours
  • Previous experience in Sorting Parts and Weigh Scale a plus but not necessary
  • Previous experience in mold set up, tear down, and cleaning a plus but not necessary
  • Basic SPC and Quality Experience preferred but not necessary
