What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

A hand assembler typically earns less than $10,000 a month, but some specialized or highly experienced workers in manufacturing or assembly roles can reach that level through overtime, bonuses, or working in high-demand industries. Achieving such income usually requires extensive experience, advanced skills, or working in a supervisory or technical capacity without a formal degree.

What are hand assemblers?
