Now Hiring: Electrical Assembler – Schaumburg, IL
Salary: $20 - $22/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3pm

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler for a rapidly growing client in Schaumburg! This is a contract-to-hire role with the potential for permanent placement in as little as 3-4 months, based on performance and attendance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Hand soldering and wire splicing (26–30 AWG)
  • Assembly and soldering of cables for medical devices and manufacturing goods
  • Reading and interpreting wiring schematics and assembly drawings
  • Using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, height gauges, etc.)
  • Following standards such as IPC, J-STD, or NASA workmanship standards
  • Using pneumatic or hand crimp tools
  • Working under a microscope or magnification
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
