Location: Westfield, IN - 46074
Duration: 12 Months

1st and 2nd shifts available

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Medical Device Assembler with microscope experience to support the production of high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting small components used in pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform precision assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices under a microscope

  • Follow written procedures and standardized work instructions

  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

  • Ensure all parts are traceable and meet quality standards

  • Use electronic data collection systems and basic computer applications

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

  • Follow safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols at all times

  • Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Hands-on microscope experience is required
