Job Summary:We are hiring a Medical Device Assembler with microscope experience to support the production of high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting small components used in pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:Perform precision assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices under a microscope
Follow written procedures and standardized work instructions
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Ensure all parts are traceable and meet quality standards
Use electronic data collection systems and basic computer applications
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Follow safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols at all times
Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
High School Diploma or equivalent
Hands-on microscope experience is required
Experience working with small components in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
Cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment
Strict dress code and safety compliance required
Must be comfortable handling small, delicate components
