We are a team pushing the boundaries of DRAM verification, where deep circuit knowledge meets modern automation and AI-driven techniques. This role is central to how we verify DRAM circuits, from shaping verification strategy to hands-on execution. You will influence methodologies, introduce scalable and AI-enabled approaches, and help close silicon learning loops faster. It's a strong opportunity to grow technically while making a visible impact on product quality.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive DRAM verification strategies, including AI-driven and automated methodologies
  • Analyze verification flows to simplify workflows and reduce cycle time
  • Partner with design and verification teams to align and standardize methodologies
  • Manage and maintain verification requirements in JAMA across projects
  • Execute and support verification using industry-standard tools

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 0-5 years of experience in circuit design, validation, or verification including academic or internship experience
  • Understanding of digital logic and semiconductor fundamentals
  • Familiarity with verification concepts such as testbenches, stimulus, and debug
  • Experience with Linux and basic scripting or programming for automation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of DRAM circuit design and operation
  • Experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, SpectreFx, or PrimeSim
  • Interest or experience applying AI to verification workflows
  • Familiarity with requirements and project tracking tools such as JAMA or JIRA
  • Strong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication
