Micron's NY Construction Team delivers complex, multi-phase construction programs that support our leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing operations. The Construction Project Manager (CUB) leads planning and execution for site development, underground utilities, and vertical construction across the Clay, NY campus. This role is accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and safety from pre-construction through commissioning while coordinating with design teams, contractors, and cross-functional partners. The position applies digital-first construction methods including BIM, field automation tools, and AI-enabled progress tracking to deliver production-ready facilities.

What's Encouraged Daily:
  • Lead construction project execution from planning through commissioning, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align project activities and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain schedule and budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Micron safety standards, environmental requirements, building codes, and regulatory authorities (AHJs).
  • Manage permitting processes, documentation, and project deliverables within Micron's Project Management Information System (e.g., Procore).
  • Integrate BIM, field data, and digital tools to improve efficiency, track construction progress, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Enforce quality standards and verify construction meets design specifications and scope requirements.

How to Qualify:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale industrial or semiconductor construction projects.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$88,000.00 - $236,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
