As a Program Manager of Cost within the Global Facilities & Construction (GFAC) team, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven cost management across large-scale capital construction programs. This position partners closely with Facilities, Finance, Planning, and Procurement teams to ensure cost performance aligns with strategic objectives and business plans. You will translate complex financial data into meaningful insights, enabling leadership to make informed, timely decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cost management processes across large-scale capital construction programs
  • Establish and maintain project cost baselines, budgets, and funding structures
  • Monitor commitments, actuals, forecasts, and estimate-at-completion (EAC)
  • Perform cost variance analysis and implement mitigation strategies
  • Deliver forecasting, cash flow analysis, and executive-level reporting dashboards
  • Partner cross-functionally with GFAC, Finance, and Procurement to ensure alignment on financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with cost governance, controls, and audit readiness standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in construction cost controls, capital financial planning, or financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting principles
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
  • Effective communication skills with ability to influence partners and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large capital projects in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or oil & gas industries
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience with SQL or data management for cost analytics
  • Track record of modernizing processes through automation and data-driven insights
  • Professional certifications such as AACE, CCM, RICS, or PgMP
