The goal is to help learners absorb information quickly and efficiently, often through digital platforms such as videos, quizzes, or interactive modules. Microlearning is ideal for on-the-go learning, just-in-time training, and reinforcing key concepts without overwhelming the learner. It is commonly used in corporate training, professional development, and e-learning environments to boost engagement and retention.
