Job description


  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to design Standard Operating Procedures and organization-wide HR operations policies and practices

  • Resolve employee queries, manage HR data, improve processes, and ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance

  • Provide advisory and consultation services as the principal HR Shared Service subject matter expert

  • Support employee relations, HR systems, employee issue resolution, and service-level agreement requirements

  • Guide employees and managers in HR self-service features, policies, procedures, and implementation

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and administrative assistants on recruitment documentation, hiring reports, background checks, and onboarding

  • Design and develop training programs for HR helpdesk support, policy interpretation, benefits administration, and HR reporting

  • Identify process inefficiencies, implement workflow enhancements, and report on HR drivers and leading indicators

  • Deliver special projects involving HR process automation, remote work and virtual collaboration tools, continuous learning, and microlearning platforms

  • Represent the organization to regulatory bodies, external consultants, vendors, and agencies

  • Design HR Shared Service communications and memos related to query resolution, onboarding, payroll, data management, and process improvement

  • Coach and guide senior leaders on HR Shared Service matters


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience

  • 5+ years of HR business partner work including strategic Human Resources work experience, such as policy design and organizational design

  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) (preferred)

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR) (preferred)

  • Occasional lifting of no more than 10 pounds at a time

  • Work is performed primarily in a seated position with repetitive hand-finger actions

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
