We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative - Microelectronics to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a technical, relationship-driven environment and has experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing.
In this role, you will partner with semiconductor OEMs, device manufacturers, and FAB engineering teams to deliver high-purity fluid handling, filtration, and process control solutions. You will help customers specify and implement products across process tools and facility systems that support critical semiconductor manufacturing processes.
This is a consultative, hands-on sales role where success comes from understanding complex applications, improving process performance and yield, and building long-term customer relationships.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on semiconductor and microelectronics accounts (OEMs, fabs, and facilities).
  • Identify and close new business while expanding existing customer relationships across engineering, operations, and procurement.
  • Work directly with engineers and end users to recommend solutions for high-purity and corrosive fluid applications.
  • Drive product specification across FAB applications, including CMP, photolithography, wet etch & clean, plating, vacuum processes, and facility systems (chemical delivery, gas distribution, UPW).
  • Sell and support a broad portfolio of solutions, including:
    • High-purity tubing, hose, valves, and fittings (PFA, PTFE, PVDF, etc.)
    • Filtration and purification systems (liquid, gas, and ultrapure water)
    • Pumps (diaphragm, bellows, mag-drive, peristaltic)
    • Instrumentation and process control technologies
  • Leverage value-added services such as custom fabrication, pump repair, calibration, and system optimization to deliver complete solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM activity, and forecast pipeline accurately.
  • Stay current on semiconductor technologies and industry trends to effectively position solutions.

Experience, Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience selling technical products into semiconductor, microelectronics, OEM, or similar markets.
  • Working knowledge of semiconductor FAB environments, process tools, or facility systems.
  • Experience with high-purity fluid handling, filtration, or chemical delivery systems preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical stakeholders and deliver value-based solutions.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a technical sales territory independently.
