The MicroE Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and cultivating strong customer relationships in the Microelectronics market, which includes semiconductor, electronics, and graphic arts applications.

This position reports to the MicroE Western Regional Manager, is part the Western Regional Sales team of the Pall Microelectronics line of business and will be a remote position Phoenix AZ metro area, to cover Arizona and New Mexico.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement a customer account plan to achieve orders and revenue projections.
  • Identify and drive new opportunities to capture additional market share.
  • Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers.
  • Work with sales management, marketing, and technical support teams to solve customer problems and maximize account penetration.
  • Provide business analytics, including account-level forecasts and sales opportunity tracking against metrics.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or other technical degree (or equivalent experience considered).
  • 4+ years outside sales experience related to Semiconductor Manufacturing, Electronics, Chemical Industries or related experience.
  • Experience executing at each stage of the sales process, from setting up sales calls, to closing on opportunities.
  • Previous Key Account Management experience.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 60% travel within territory, with occasional need for travel outside of territory for related conferences, manufacturing sites, staff meetings
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40 lbs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior experience with sales funnel management (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Pall products and experience with filtration desired
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 $120,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIP) is $175,000 $184,000 annually. Actual SIP earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
