* Intimate details of the processes and equipment used to assemble hardware.
* Materials and process experience with an in-depth knowledge of MIL-STD-883, J-STD-001H, AS9100, RF microelectronics in a production environment.
* Focuses on operational plans with short to medium term (1-2 year) impact on the suite of programs. Recommends and implements new products, processes, policies and standards to support the functional strategy. Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience.
* Currently possess or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
