What You Will Do:

The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:

  • Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert

  • Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews

  • Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners

  • Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches

  • Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program

  • Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design

  • Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program

  • Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program's success

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD securityclearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelors' degree in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)

  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience or equivalent education involving device physics, circuit design, circuit simulation, and/or computer vision

  • TWO (2) or more years of experience or equivalent education with characterization tools (SEM, TEM, AFM, probe stations) and use of test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)

  • TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)

  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience with LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or Verilog/VHDL

  • TWO (2) or more years of experience with deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and/or generative models

  • TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transition

  • Awareness of supply chain security and trusted microelectronics

  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team

  • ONE (1) or more year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
