With our focus on Quality, Value, and Legendary Customer Care, our Centers are devoted to building strong and lasting relationships with our dentists and their team members.

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized Customer Service Representative to join our company. Our Company has the following to offer: -Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays -Flexible working hours -Career advancement opportunities -Investments in the latest technology -Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Primary Responsibilities & Skills: -Answer, research and route incoming calls (average 80 calls per day), while providing high-level customer care -Assist with Outbound follow-up courtesy calls as needed -Dispatch drivers and process customer courier pickup requests. -Handle customer supply orders and case pre-book requests. -Manage all case-related information, including photos, notes, and documentation, and ensure timely communication to relevant teams. -Aid with the communication of the introduction of incentive programs -Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing & Technical teams -Enter and maintain customer information in CRM with a 98% or greater accuracy rating -All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications: -Excellent telephone/email etiquette; Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Customer service driven with outstanding follow-through -Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly -Familiarity with CRM software and experience managing accounts across different time zones -Ability to multi-task -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook programs -Prior experience working in a high call volume call center environment -Knowledge of dental lab or dental products, materials, techniques, and terminology (a plus) -High School Diploma or equivalent required Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour *All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check* MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
