We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the healthcare market. In this role, you will help accelerate product adoption, build strong practitioner relationships, and directly contribute to improving patient outcomes.
The Role & Your Impact
In this field-based role, you will own sales performance within your assigned territory, developing and growing relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness centers. You will act as a trusted advisor-connecting microbiome science with tangible patient benefits-while delivering on ambitious growth targets.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive territory growth by prospecting, identifying, and developing new healthcare professional (HCP) accounts
  • Execute strategic territory plans to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare practitioners through regular engagement and follow-up
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, clinical discussions, and educational sessions (both in-person and virtual)
  • Develop deep expertise in Microbiome Labs' portfolio and stay current on industry trends
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and optimize territory strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You'll Need to Be Successful
Must-haves:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving territory growth
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear, compelling insights for customers
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50-70% within the assigned region

Compensation & Benefits
Expected salary range: $65,000-$90,000 + monthly bonus
