Micro Precision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team based in Silver Spring, Maryland. This full-time position involves delivering high-quality mental health care services to individuals, couples, and families. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Our clinicians work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and are encouraged to utilize their creativity in therapy sessions. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed while collaborating with a diverse and supportive team. Our work facility is the virtual environment of a community health clinic that prioritizes client care and professional autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
  • Create, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that reflect each clientโ€™s goals, intrinsic motivations, and therapeutic needs.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy services tailored to diverse client demographics.
  • Document therapy sessions and treatment progress meticulously to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in professional collaboration with case managers, and other healthcare and educational personnel to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients, employing creative interventions to help them achieve and exceed personal goals.

Our practice embraces a broad spectrum of client needs, focusing on children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of various family therapy modalities and community mental health resources.
  • A proven history in creating and handling treatment plans, clinical case notes, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, vital for documentation and client interactions.

  • Successful completion of a background check.
Preferred Experience
