About the Role
As a Micro Market Admin, you play an important role in creating a welcoming, convenient, and well-stocked market experience for our customers. You will manage day-to-day market operations, ensure products are displayed correctly, and represent our company with professionalism, energy, and care. This role blends organization, customer service, and independence-ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move and making spaces shine.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintain Micro Markets to ensure they are clean, organized, attractive, and fully stocked for customers.
  • Execute planograms accurately to ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
  • Perform market installations, restocking, product rotation, and inventory management.
  • Analyze sales and inventory data using Vendsys software to identify and address high- and low-performing products.
  • Assist with managing planograms in Vendsys, including updating pricing and introducing new or seasonal products.
  • Communicate all planogram, pricing, and product changes to your direct supervisor and other impacted stakeholders.
  • Operate a company vehicle responsibly and maintain cleanliness and organization using provided checklists.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, DOT regulations, and inventory control processes.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by delivering friendly, professional service.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively communicate issues or potential solutions.

  • Ability to pass a DOT medical exam, background check, and drug screening (as required by law).
  • Regular, punctual attendance, which is an essential function of this role.
  • Ability to follow workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior inventory or planogram experience.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
  • Proficiency with inventory and reporting systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various levels of management.

Position Information:
  • Status: Full-Time
  • Days/Hours: Monday-Friday (7am-3:30pm)
  • Pay: $18-$22 (based on prior experience)
