As our Primary Teacher, you will work with a small mixed-age (7-9) cohort of approximately 10-15 students (Monday-Thursday) in an innovative, project-based micro-school environment. You will build deep relationships with the same students each day while fostering their academic, social-emotional, and personal growth.

At Beyond School, we believe education should develop the whole child. In addition to academics, we place a strong emphasis on mindfulness, character development, leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, and student well-being. Learning is hands-on, inquiry-driven, and rooted in real-world experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

This is an ideal opportunity for an educator who values autonomy, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to help shape an innovative model of education. If you are passionate about inspiring young people and helping them become capable, compassionate, and confident leaders, we'd love to meet you.
