Precision Micro-Deburr Specialist
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay Rate: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Precision Micro-Deburr Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Santa Rosa, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, precision, and functionality of high-performance machined components. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods while maintaining the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in precision workmanship and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Remove micro burrs from precision milled and turned components while following established procedures and quality standards.
  • Develop and refine deburring procedures and techniques in collaboration with machinists and engineers.
  • Operate heat treat furnaces according to established processes and safety requirements.
  • Inspect incoming and finished parts for quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize finishing equipment, including bead blasting equipment, to achieve required surface finishes.
  • Identify and communicate quality concerns, discrepancies, or potential process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
  • Support additional production and quality-related activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small, intricate components.
  • Excellent eye-hand coordination.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and production needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to question processes or specifications that appear incorrect or unclear.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of machining processes, including milling and turning operations.
  • Experience with precision deburring, micro-finishing, inspection, or related manufacturing processes.
  • Experience operating bead blasting equipment or heat treat furnaces.
  • Familiarity with aerospace, medical device, semiconductor, or high-precision manufacturing environments.
