Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing consistent support and building therapeutic relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based interventions that promote client achievement and goal exceedance.
  • Accurately document session notes, treatment plans, and clinical assessments following company policy and best practices.
  • Collaborate with case managers, medical professionals, and family members to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
