We are seeking self‑motivated, results‑driven PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to a best‑in‑class customer experience while helping customers find the right technology solutions for their needs. This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy learning new skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We’re seeking candidates who are available to work between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, with weekend availability. The starting pay for this position is $17.50 per hour.

What You'll Do

  • Handle high volumes of inbound customer interactions efficiently through phone, chat, text, and email channels
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of consumer electronics, devices, and related technology
  • Assess customer needs, gather and clarify information, troubleshoot concerns, and provide effective solutions
  • Deliver personalized support to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records within the appropriate systems and databases
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships to support collaboration and team success
  • Consistently achieve individual and team performance goals

  • High school diploma required; one year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate and efficient typing proficiency
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing priorities
  • Flexible and adaptable when working with diverse customer needs and personalities
