WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
  • Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
  • Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
  • 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required

  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
