The fellow will gain comprehensive exposure to healthcare operations within correctional settings while working alongside senior leaders to support strategic initiatives, quality improvement efforts, population health programs, and operational excellence.
This fellowship offers a distinctive opportunity to learn how healthcare is delivered to an underserved and medically complex patient population while contributing to initiatives focused on clinical quality, patient safety, behavioral health, chronic disease management, and operational performance.
Fellowship Experience
The fellow will work closely with executive leadership and participate in projects across multiple operational and clinical functions, including:
