Position Type: Full-Time | Hybrid / In-Office
Location: San Antonio ( Must live in or near San Antonio area- will be required to report to office location)

Qualifications
  • CPA designation required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years of accounting experience
  • 5+ years of experience within a public accounting firm
  • Progressive supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong ability to manage priorities, lead teams, and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with business, individual, and estate tax planning
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple client engagements while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Develop strong client relationships and maintain an understanding of each client’s business and goals
  • Facilitate client meetings focused on tax strategy, planning, and implementation
  • Represent clients before tax authorities when needed
  • Review tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and quality while mentoring staff through the review process
