• Provide comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy with an emphasis on identifying and achieving measurable therapeutic goals.
• Conduct thorough client intakes and assessments to collect detailed histories and understand the unique emotional and relational needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that client information is accurately recorded and securely stored.
• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case consultations, and supervision sessions, promoting the sharing of case studies, strategies, and peer support.
• Engage with community initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking therapy, thereby enhancing community outreach.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, utilizing evidence-based practices to manage urgent psychological situations effectively.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and circumstances, including individuals facing traumatic experiences, couples seeking relationship guidance, and families navigating transitional periods. Your work will directly impact their emotional health, providing them with the tools to foster resilience, resolve conflicts, and nurture adaptive coping mechanisms.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Vermont.
• A solid foundation in therapeutic modalities suited for diverse populations, including trauma-informed care.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting involving family and relationship therapy.
• Experience with crisis intervention techniques and a strong background in handling crises effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting.

This full-time LMFT position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
