Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients in Vermont. This full-time telehealth role involves supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and emotional health needs.

Location: Vermont
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional concerns
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements

  • Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing
  • Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
