Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Michigan
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
As an LMFT in this remote role, you'll provide therapy that helps clients improve communication, manage conflict, and work through emotional challenges. Your work will center on practical interventions that clients can apply in their daily relationships and routines.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver virtual therapy sessions in a structured schedule
  • Assess client concerns and set measurable goals
  • Develop and update treatment plans
  • Document all sessions and clinical notes
  • Provide guidance on relationship and behavioral issues
  • Coordinate care when additional services are needed

Requirements
  • Active LMFT license in the state of Michigan
