• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the severity and frequency of mood disorders and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's individual goals and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health conditions.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to continually improve therapeutic strategies.

This role primarily supports clients facing various mental health issues, including stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety. • A current and active state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
