As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, both remotely and in-office.
• Evaluating and diagnosing mental health conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Facilitating therapeutic interventions for families dealing with a range of issues, including but not limited to, grief, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship conflicts.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary toward achieving therapeutic goals.
• Collaborating with other health professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Providing education and resources to families about mental health and coping strategies.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with clinic policies and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Kansas.
• A commitment to clinical excellence, empathy, and providing high-quality patient care.

While we welcome a range of experience levels, preferred candidates will have:

• Experience in therapeutic practices, particularly with couples and family therapy.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and familiarity with digital tools to support remote therapy sessions.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, accommodating various client schedules.
